DONATIONS TERMS AND AGREEMENTS
When placing a donation to the Kersey Eagles, the donation goes directly into the Kersey Eagles account. Each donation amount will go directly to what your donation is requested for. After sending the donation submission form, a confirmation code will appear. This code will be included in your receipt of donation request received, which you receive through Email. Use this code to track your donation. A receipt of funds received will also be sent out.
All donors must be 16 years of age or older to make a donation to the Kersey Eagles.
Donations can be made in any desired increment unless otherwise stated. When submitting a request and paying for a donation, the club counts on your generosity. The Kersey Eagles, as well as any Eagles Aeries, is a non-profit organization who supports their community and gives back to the community as well as national organizations (see the Kersey Eagles homepage). The Fraternal Order of the Eagles is a nationwide private club which requires membership to to go to. The organization donates to a variety of charities and holds a specific moral upstanding and reputation. You can find out more about the organization by going to the Fraternal Order of the Eagles webpage. A donor does not have to be a member of the Kersey Eagles or any other Eagles Aeries.
No taxes or shipping and handling fees will be added to the donation amount. Donations may be considered a write off on filed income taxes.
When sending out a donation, you agree that you sent the funds directly from you personally, did so willingly and without expectations of a reward, and understand that donations are money given without the receipt of anything. You understand that donation funds are to be used by the Kersey Eagles in a manner they deem fit unless the donation is sent for a specific purpose. It is understood by both donor and aeries that membership is not required and is not necessary to become a member after donating. Once the option that you have read and understood the terms and agreements of any donations is answered as yes, it is considered acceptable that the donor has read, understood, and agreed to these terms and agreements. Any questions, concerns, or misunderstandings will be acknowledged and answered in a timely fashion. No expectations of further donations will be assumed.
The Kersey Eagles commits to any donor's privacy. Any and all information will not be shared or given out with any other website. Payment method and amount will remain between us and you. The Fraternal Order of the Eagles may require certain information revealed to them which the club will share with them. The privacy terms of the Fraternal Order of the Eagles also states that no information will be shared or given out to any other persons. You have the right to direct us otherwise and give us permission to share any information with anyone else.
The option to remain anonymous in your donation is offered. If this option is not selected, the Kersey Eagles reserves the right to name you as a donor and what you donated for (not the amount) if we choose to do so. If this option is selected, we will not name you as the donor, but may what was donated to and the amount. We reserve the right to list a tally of all donations and their purposes, at any time, at any location, if we choose to do so.
Refunds are not available and will not be issued. Certain situations may alter this decision. A refund will be granted 24 hours after any funds are received to the Kersey Eagles.
By submitting a donation, your Email address will be added to the clubs' update mailing list and you will receive updates on our club, events, and any other important information regarding the Kersey Eagles, District Aeries, and the Grand Aeries. You may stop receiving these updates by following the instructions in the update Emails.
To become a member of the Kersey Eagles, or any other Aeries, you can submit an online application, online request, or stop in at any Eagles Aeries in your area.
The Kersey Eagles, Eagles District Aeries, Eagles Grand Aeries, and organizations donated to thank you and appreciate your donation. Please allow up to 3 business days after submitting a donation to receive the receipt of request and up to 12 business days to receive a receipt that the club has received your donation.
PURCHASE TERMS AND AGREEMENTS
Any person requesting an order from the Kersey Eagles shop must be over the age of 18 and over the age of 13 for any purchases made through the Fraternal Order of the Eagles.
The items for sale on the Kersey Eagles shop are from the Kersey Eagles F.O.E. 727 in Kersey, Pennsylvania. Any items purchased directly from the Fraternal Order of the Eagles website comes directly from their establishment. Terms and agreements for purchases from the Fraternal Order of the Eagles may differ from the terms and agreements of the Kersey Eagles. Each purchase made from the Kersey Eagles shop will go directly to the Kersey Eagles. After a purchase request is sent, a confirmation code will appear. This code will be included in your receipt of purchase request, as well as a list of items ordered, which you will receive through Email. If you find any errors in this receipt of purchase, please notify the Kersey Eagles shop by replying to the receipt confirmation Email sent to you. Use the confirmation code to track your order. A receipt of funds received, list of items ordered, list of items shipped, and estimated delivery date will also be sent out. 3 days after the estimated delivery date, a follow up Email will be sent to ensure that the items were received.
All order requests will be processed in a timely manner after payment is received. If you choose to pick up the items, an estimated date of pick up will be Emailed. All items will be shipped in good condition and in a reasonable amount of time. There is no cost for the pick up of any items ordered. Some items may take longer if the club is required to order more.
When submitting an order request for the purchase of items from the Kersey Eagles shop or from the Fraternal Order of the Eagles store, you acknowledge that these requests were made willingly and from you personally. It is understood by the purchaser, Kersey Eagles, and Fraternal Order of the Eagles that membership to any Eagles Aeries is not required and is not necessary to become a member of any Eagles Aeries after the purchase has been made. If you wish to become a member of the Kersey Eagles, you may submit an online request. If you wish to become a member of any other Eagles Aeries, you may submit an online application.
Any donations made through the Kersey Eagles shop follow the terms and regulations of donations.
Once the option that you have read and understood any terms of agreement is answered yes, it is considered that the purchaser has read, understood, and agreed to these terms of purchase. Any questions, concerns, or misunderstandings will be acknowledged and answered in a timely fashion.
Taxes on all items are included in the cost at the Kersey Eagles shop and Fraternal Order of the Eagles store. Shipping costs are $6.00 by mail carrier and $4.00 by delivery. There is no handling fee on any item. There is no fee to hold any items at the Kersey Eagles.
Refunds are available on any item purchased through our shop. Other regulations on refunds may apply through the Fraternal Order of the Eagles store. Refunds are honored up through 7 days after the item has been received by the seller for any reason, and up to 20 days after the item has been received by the seller for reasons such as wrong size, change of mind on item specifics, or manufacturer damage. With the exception of manufacturer damage, the cost of shipping will not be refunded. If an item has been shipped to you damaged, altered, or broke, please notify us immediately. Orders cancelled before 8 business days will receive a full refund including shipping; after 8 business days but before 14 business days will receive a refund less a $5.00 handling fee. Refunds may be offered in cash, pre paid debit card, Kersey Eagles shop gift card, Kersey Eagles club gift certificate, or through the return of money deposited into our account.
The Kersey Eagles commits to any purchasers privacy. We will not share your personal information, Email address, item requests, or order request with any other affiliate, including the District Aeries and Grand Aeries, unless otherwise asked to by the District Aeries and Grand Aeries. All information is protected online through our website and Email. Certain browsers may prevent the purchase of items from both the Kersey Eagles shop and the Fraternal Order of the Eagles store. Orders and purchases are linked and follow through the IP address on the device you are using on the Fraternal Order of the Eagles website by the Fraternal Order of the Eagles. Although the Kersey Eagles guarantees their privacy and security, the links to other websites on our website may not guarantee such practices.
